A lovely dry, but sunny, evening for a drive along some sections of road around Geelong which are not dead straight and dead flat finishing up at the Mount Moriac Hotel.

There was a slight double-back and detour as, unbeknownst to me, the bridge on Pollacksford Road is closed. And has been for about 2 years it seems, which would be not long after we used this section of road. Sadly the website with all the road closures does not list this (perhaps as it is not a temporrary closure) and Google Maps only shows it as closed if one trys to navigate a route along it.

Anyway, our drive was slightly extended but very little affected and we could have a laugh about all missing the warning sign place well off a driver's line of sight.

 

As usual we had a beautiful array of cars covering shark nose to electric, great meal there and good conversations as well as a pleasent drive.
