The 1996 FIA Formula 1 World Drivers’ Champion Damon Hill is one of the sport’s most respected figures, remembered for his thrilling battles with Michael Schumacher and for partnering with the late Ayrton Senna at Williams in 1994.
In conversation with Tom Clarkson – acclaimed host of the official F1 podcast Beyond The Grid – Damon will share stories from his remarkable Formula 1 journey, from his unconventional late entry into the sport aged 32 to becoming the first son of a champion to claim the title himself.

Cancellations will not be refunded unless we can transfer the registration to someone on the waitlist.
Tickets will be handed out in the foyer on the day, before the show starts, so you need to be there in time to find us!
The show starts at 7:30 pm which is why we have listed 7pm as the start time.
You can get there by tram or train, or by car with parking at the Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park and the Primrose Potter Australian Ballet Centre Car Park. Street parking is limited but generally does not have a time limit after 6:30 pm.
