This is when your committee will report on the year just gone and the new committee for the next 12 months will be chosen.

We encourage as many members as possible to attend this important meeting. 

The official notice of meeting will been sent out separately. 

If you are unable to attend you will be able to submit a proxy voting form (available with the official notice of meeting) which counts toward the all important minimum number of voting members required for an AGM

AGM to start at 7.30pm sharp.

Food is available for purchase in the bistro, for those who wish to come earlier and dine.  Meals are at your own cost.  Please ensure you book using BMWAGM as your booking reference, so they know you are part of our group.
