This is when your committee will report on the year just gone and the new committee for the next 12 months will be chosen.
We encourage as many members as possible to attend this important meeting. The nomination forms, official notice of meeting and financial report will be sent out separately.
Food is available for purchase in the bistro, for those who wish to come earlier and dine. Meals are at your own cost.
General discussion after the AGM is welcome.
