Join us on a week long driving tour in Tasmania

This event is now ready for bookings!!!

We will be doing some amazing driving days but also have a few quieter days to enjoy the countryside.  Some of the highlights we will enjoy are: a day trip up to Cradle Mountain, options to visit Port Arthur, Mt Fields National Park, Gordon Dam, Mona, Mt Wellington  Richmond and St Helens.  There will be a few National Parks on the trip, if you want to purchase a National Parks Pass before hand, please complete the form here.

We will be staying 1 night in Devonport and 4 nights in Hobart, 1 night St Helens. 

We have arranged group rates for accommodation, so we will book the rooms with the venue,  our registration form will give you all the options.

For your guidance : 

The accommodation in Hobart will be at the Wrest Point Hotel with 3 room type options.

There is a choice of two accommodation venues in St Helens, Anchor Wheel Motel and Kellarine Units. 

Accommodation will fill fast, so please register asap. 

 If you are travelling on your own and are willing to share accommodation on the ferry and/or at the motels, please contact Jo.

Payments can be made in full or progressive payments will be accepted.  Be sure to have your reference number on all progressive payments.  

A deposit of $400 by bank transfer is required for all bookings to be secure, if you are wanting to pay the deposit by credit card please call Lawrence Glynn on 0414563290. If you want to pay the full cost now you can do so using PayPal or bank transfer (PayPal will only let you pay the full balance owing on the invoice).

Final payments are due by 7 September 2022.

Full itinerary and drive instructions will be sent out in the reminder email.

Please make sure you have a copy of the trip booklet with you on the trip.

Be sure to have your UHF radio with you.  

BMWDCM is not responsible for any conditions of entry into any event venues, including COVID safety requirements. Please ensure you check any entry requirements with the relevant venue. If you are feeling unwell we request that you do not attend any of our in-person events, regardless of your vaccination status.

We will be using UHF radios to communicate.  If you have your own, please use channel 17.
