The Famous City Cruise has traditionally been the opening of the Geelong Revival Motoring Festival.  With the cancelation for the 2020 Festival, Shannons and the Revival team are pleased to announce we are, 

OK to Cruise!

The Shannons Geelong Revival City Cruise will be held on Saturday, 12 December from 6pm onwards, and presents the motoring enthusiast community an opportunity to come together while meeting all social distancing requirements. Bring along your classic, contemporary or exotic car or bike for a leisurely treasure-hunt through the Geelong region. This is a FREE event but you must register online if you would like to participate. Dress to match the era of your car. Take a photo at each of the secret checkpoints and post it to the Facebook event. Your passengers can keep track of what's going on across the event with our live-stream on YouTube, or you can join in from home.

This is cruising re-imagined thanks to Shannons and the Geelong Revival Motoring Festival.

Please also register with us, so we know how many will be attending.  If you wish to start this event with us as a group please indicate on the registration form and we can pick a meeting spot, probably the traditional Geelong Revival staging point at Rippleside - full details will be provided.

We have added an option on our registration form to meet up for dinner afterwards, especially if you are attending our Christmas Lunch and Drive to Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery on Sunday the 13th December. Venue to be notified later.

We do recommend all members have the COVIDSafe app downloaded on their phones, while this is not manditory, it is recommended. Please remember if you are feeling unwell, please stay home and seek medical advice if your symptoms persist.
